About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking organized and people-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Client Engagement Coordinators. In this role, you will support travelers throughout the vacation planning process by helping manage trip details, answering planning questions, and ensuring clients have a smooth and positive experience from inquiry through booking confirmation.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-focused work, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and learning about destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences. You'll work remotely with scheduling flexibility while receiving training, onboarding guidance, and continued mentorship support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating vacation arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Help review traveler interests and preferences to identify suitable travel experiences
  • Provide planning assistance and helpful travel information during the booking process
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging systems, and virtual platforms
  • Work alongside supplier partners to manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records within internal systems
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel trends
  • Support travelers throughout multiple stages of trip preparation and booking

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer engagement, hospitality, or travel support services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing several client requests simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
  • Familiarity with online systems and basic computer programs
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved regions
  • No previous travel industry experience required training is included
