Responsibilities 

  • Connect with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and planning priorities
  • Help organize itinerary elements such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Share progress updates related to confirmations and scheduling steps
  • Assist with reviewing available travel selections using approved partner platforms
  • Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to coordination activity
  • Stay informed on supplier announcements, destination updates, and promotional opportunities
