Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping others, coordinating details, and working in a flexible remote environment to join our team as Remote Travel Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with creating personalized travel plans, researching destination options, and coordinating arrangements that help bring their vacation ideas to life.
Whether clients are planning a relaxing resort stay, family getaway, cruise vacation, or international journey, you will play an important role in helping them navigate the planning process while delivering exceptional support from start to finish.
No prior travel industry experience is necessary. Training, mentorship, and professional resources are provided to help you build confidence and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with selecting vacation experiences that align with their interests, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate travel components such as accommodations, airfare, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, resorts, and travel opportunities to identify suitable options
- Provide travelers with information, recommendations, and planning assistance
- Maintain communication with clients through email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations and manage booking updates
- Track itinerary details and ensure travel records remain accurate and organized
- Stay informed about destination developments, supplier promotions, and industry trends
- Support clients throughout the entire travel planning and reservation process
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, or relationship-focused work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using computers, web-based platforms, and digital communication tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
- Previous travel experience is not required; training is provided
