Position Summary

We're currently seeking motivated and service-minded individuals to join our growing virtual team as Hospitality Experience Consultants. In this remote role, you'll assist clients with organizing vacation experiences, coordinating travel details, and helping create enjoyable getaway plans tailored to each traveler's preferences.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and learning about destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences while maintaining a flexible work schedule from home. No prior travel industry experience is necessary, as training resources and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with arranging travel experiences including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Help travelers explore destination options that fit their interests, timelines, and budgets
  • Share helpful planning recommendations and travel insights throughout the booking process
  • Communicate with clients through email, messaging systems, virtual platforms, and phone when needed
  • Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel suppliers and partners
  • Maintain organized and accurate client travel records within internal systems
  • Stay informed about current travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier offerings
  • Support travelers throughout various stages of planning leading up to final confirmation

Qualifications

  • Interest in hospitality, travel coordination, or customer-focused roles
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests while working independently
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
  • Previous travel industry experience is not required onboarding and training are included
