Vacation Client Experience Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to join our expanding remote team as Vacation Client Experience Consultants. In this role, you will help clients coordinate vacation arrangements, manage travel-related details, and provide support throughout the booking and planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working in a flexible remote environment. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation coordination, itinerary planning, and reservation support
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, flights, and package opportunities using approved systems
• Review booking details and travel information to ensure accuracy and completion
• Provide clients with recommendations and helpful information based on their travel interests, timeline, and budget
• Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
• Support booking modifications, itinerary adjustments, and general customer inquiries
• Maintain organized client files, reservation records, and travel documentation
• Participate in virtual workshops, team meetings, and ongoing training programs
