This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing structured information, and working independently in a flexible virtual environment. No travel industry experience is required—training resources and guided onboarding are provided from the beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to review trip details, preferences, and planning timelines
- Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation services, and activity selections
- Share updates related to reservation progress and next planning steps
- Review service availability using approved coordination systems
- Respond to traveler questions through email, messaging platforms, and phone communication when needed
- Support itinerary adjustments and follow-up requests
- Keep coordination records accurate within internal tracking platforms
- Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
