Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to review travel preferences, schedules, and planning priorities
- Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Share updates related to booking confirmations and upcoming milestones
- Review available travel packages and options using approved partner systems
- Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging channels
- Maintain organized digital records related to reservation activity
- Participate in onboarding sessions and continued learning opportunities
