Reservation Planning Advisor

Role Overview

We are currently welcoming applications for a Reservation Planning Advisor opportunity as part of our growing remote coordination team. In this position, you'll assist clients by supporting reservation-related steps, organizing planning timelines, and helping ensure trip arrangements remain accurate throughout the preparation process.

This flexible remote role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with details, communicating with clients, and helping keep travel plans moving forward smoothly. Training support and mentorship resources are provided to help new team members succeed in the role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to review travel preferences, schedules, and planning priorities
• Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Share updates related to booking confirmations and upcoming milestones
• Review available travel packages and options using approved partner systems
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging channels
• Maintain organized digital records related to reservation activity
• Participate in onboarding sessions and continued learning opportunities
