About the Role

We are expanding our remote network and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, exploring vacation possibilities, and helping clients turn their getaway ideas into organized plans.

As a Client Getaway Advisor, you will serve as a resource for travelers looking for guidance with their vacation arrangements. Your responsibilities will include gathering client requirements, identifying appropriate vacation experiences, reviewing available services, and assisting with reservations from the initial inquiry through final preparations.

Clients may request assistance with tropical destinations, upscale resorts, all-inclusive packages, ocean and river cruises, family vacations, couples retreats, group celebrations, sightseeing experiences, and international itineraries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish positive client relationships through professional and responsive communication
  • Gather information about desired destinations, vacation styles, schedules, budgets, and individual preferences
  • Match client interests with appropriate vacation products and destination possibilities
  • Use approved online resources to locate accommodations, cruises, packages, activities, and transportation options
  • Analyze available offerings to identify suitable combinations of services
  • Create personalized getaway recommendations based on client requests
  • Discuss relevant vacation features, available options, pricing considerations, and reservation guidelines
  • Assist clients throughout the selection process by answering questions and clarifying details
  • Process requested arrangements using authorized supplier reservation systems
  • Review booking information carefully to confirm that traveler details and selected services are correct
  • Maintain organized digital files containing client preferences, reservation confirmations, and relevant documentation
  • Keep track of booking requirements, deposit schedules, and final payment deadlines
  • Provide timely communication regarding reservation progress and outstanding requirements
  • Share important preparation information and booking updates before departure
  • Help clients address general reservation questions and standard adjustment requests
  • Maintain contact with clients when follow-up or additional information is needed
  • Participate in ongoing education to remain familiar with destinations, supplier offerings, and industry updates
