Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Planning Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their vacation goals, research suitable options, and organize the services and information needed to create a well-coordinated experience.

This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy planning, researching destinations, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple details organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, budget, vacation style, and special requests.
  • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that align with client preferences.
  • Assist clients with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources and keep reservation information organized.
  • Prepare and maintain confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, deadlines, and other important planning information.
  • Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes or requests throughout the planning process.
  • Review client and reservation information for accuracy while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge.
