Summary Role Overview
We are seeking friendly, detail-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Experience Travel Specialist. This role is centered on creating a positive experience for clients while helping them navigate vacation planning, explore suitable options, and organize the services needed for their upcoming trips.
You may assist with all-inclusive vacations, cruises, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, activities, and international destinations. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive client relationships through responsive and professional communication
- Learn each client's vacation interests, preferred dates, priorities, and budget
- Explore destinations and research accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages
- Identify options that align with individual preferences and planning needs
- Share relevant information to help clients evaluate available choices
- Assist with arranging selected vacation components through approved supplier resources
- Organize reservation confirmations, schedules, and important trip information
- Keep clients informed about upcoming requirements, deadlines, and planning updates
- Review reservation details to help ensure information is accurate and complete
- Provide assistance with general questions, special requests, and routine changes
- Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
- Maintain accurate records of communications, preferences, and arrangements
- Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and vacation products
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on providing a positive client experience
- Organized with careful attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting online research and reviewing multiple options
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage follow-ups effectively
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and online communication tools
- Willingness to learn supplier resources and reservation platforms
- Dependable, professional, and eager to develop new skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
