Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand destination interests, preferred travel dates, and experience priorities
- Assist with arranging resort stays, cruise options, transportation
- Review available vacation packages through approved platforms
- Share helpful information aligned with client expectations and spending plans
- Support itinerary updates when travel adjustments are requested
- Prepare confirmation outlines and maintain organized digital planning records
- Participate in virtual training sessions and periodic team collaboration meetings
