We are currently welcoming motivated individuals who enjoy working with clients and assisting with trip preparation to join our team as Remote Client Travel Advisors. In this position, you will help travelers organize important details for upcoming vacations and provide guidance as they move from early planning ideas to finalized arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with arranging travel components including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
- Explore destination options that align with traveler preferences and expectations
- Offer planning suggestions to help improve overall trip experiences
- Stay connected with travelers through email, messaging platforms, and occasional phone support
- Coordinate confirmations with approved travel supplier partners
- Monitor travel promotions and updates that may benefit client itineraries
- Maintain accurate planning details within internal tracking systems
- Provide support throughout the reservation preparation process
Ideal Candidate Background
- Interest in assisting travelers with planning their vacations
- Strong communication and client-support skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer navigation and online research familiarity
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying location
- No previous travel industry experience required — training resources provided
