- Verify reservation details and travel records before final processing
- Provide prompt, professional service through phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Assist with itinerary revisions, booking requests, and travel-related inquiries
- Monitor client needs and help resolve service-related concerns efficiently
- Maintain organized records, confirmations, and customer documentation
- Participate in virtual learning sessions and ongoing development programs
