- Research available options and gather travel information using approved booking and supplier platforms
- Coordinate trip details and help ensure reservations are processed accurately
- Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the planning process
- Answer questions and assist with service requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
- Support clients with schedule adjustments, reservation modifications, and travel updates
- Organize and maintain client records, confirmations, and travel documentation
- Stay informed through training programs, educational resources, and team meetings
