Primary Duties

  • Coordinate travel requests and help ensure reservation information is entered accurately
  • Share relevant travel information and suggestions based on client interests and trip objectives
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Assist with travel schedule updates, reservation modifications, and service-related requests
  • Organize client files, booking records, and travel confirmations
  • Complete ongoing educational programs and participate in team training sessions
