Position Description
We are currently seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote support team as Travel Client Services Advisors. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related arrangements, provide booking assistance, and help ensure a well-organized experience throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating professionally, and managing details in a remote work environment. Previous travel experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and customized travel experiences
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and package availability using approved company resources
- Review reservation information and travel details to ensure accuracy and completion
- Provide helpful assistance and recommendations based on client needs, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging channels
- Assist with reservation changes, itinerary updates, and customer service-related requests
- Maintain organized client records, booking documentation, and travel confirmations
- Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and continued learning opportunities
