Position Overview
Our remote travel support division is expanding, and we're seeking motivated, detail-focused individuals to join us as Customer Experience Getaway Consultant. In this role, you'll support clients as they plan and organize upcoming trips by helping coordinate travel details, maintaining booking information, and ensuring each step of the process is handled smoothly and accurately.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a structured yet flexible remote environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided, making this a strong fit for both newcomers and those with previous customer service experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist in structuring and organizing personalized vacation arrangements
- Research travel choices including accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
- Use approved systems to check availability and support reservation processing
- Provide timely communication regarding updates, confirmations, and itinerary progress
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Manage changes, adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
- Keep accurate and well-organized client records within internal platforms
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development
