Lifestyle Experience Consultant

Role Summary
We're currently adding to our growing virtual team and are seeking motivated, detail-driven individuals for the Lifestyle Experience Consultant role. In this position, you'll support clients as they plan meaningful travel and lifestyle experiences by helping organize arrangements, track important details, and keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible, home-based environment. No prior industry experience is needed—comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and timelines
• Assist in organizing trip components including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Track planning progress and share updates on confirmations and next steps
• Review available options through approved systems and present relevant information clearly
• Respond to client questions via phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
• Support itinerary updates, changes, and follow-up requests as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized records within internal platforms
• Take part in onboarding sessions and continuous skill-building opportunities
