About This Role

In this position, you'll work with travelers to explore vacation possibilities, identify travel solutions that fit their needs, and assist with coordinating arrangements for a variety of leisure travel experiences. Whether clients are planning a family vacation, cruise, romantic getaway, or international adventure, you'll help make the process simple and enjoyable.

No prior travel industry background is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to professional travel resources to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with travelers to understand their vacation interests and travel goals
  • Present travel options that align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, flights, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Provide destination information and travel recommendations
  • Manage communication through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client interactions
  • Stay informed on industry updates, promotional offers, and destination developments
  • Deliver professional support throughout the planning and booking experience

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, customer engagement, or service-oriented work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using web-based applications and digital communication tools
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
  • Previous experience is not required; training is provided
