Position Summary
Are you looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can help clients coordinate exciting travel experiences while developing valuable professional skills? We are growing our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Remote Booking Specialists.
In this role, you'll assist clients with arranging travel services, comparing vacation options, and managing reservation details for a variety of travel experiences. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations and international getaways, you'll help ensure each booking is handled accurately and professionally.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and working independently. No prior travel industry experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Help clients secure travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, flights, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Review traveler preferences and identify options that fit their needs and budget
- Provide booking assistance and answer questions throughout the reservation process
- Coordinate reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms
- Work with supplier partners to verify availability and booking details
- Maintain organized records of reservations, traveler information, and trip documentation
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel opportunities
- Deliver professional support before, during, and after the booking experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or travel services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
