Position Overview

We are looking for personable, organized, and service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Client Relations Travel Consultant. This position focuses on building positive client relationships while assisting with vacation research, recommendations, reservations, and ongoing trip coordination.

You will communicate directly with clients to learn what they are looking for, identify options that align with their preferences and budget, and help organize the details of their vacation from the initial inquiry through confirmation. No previous travel industry experience is required, and training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build professional relationships with clients and identify their vacation goals, preferences, dates, and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other vacation services
  • Compare available options and provide personalized recommendations based on client requests
  • Assist clients with coordinating selected reservations through approved booking and supplier platforms
  • Review traveler information, confirmations, payment schedules, and reservation details for accuracy
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide updates throughout the planning process
  • Respond to client questions and assist with routine reservation changes or service requests
  • Organize client records, correspondence, confirmations, and other important documentation
  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier updates, promotions, and available vacation experiences
  • Participate in continued training and team development opportunities
