Overview Role
We are seeking motivated, client-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Virtual Client Travel Advisors. This position centers on helping travelers turn their vacation ideas into organized plans by providing personalized research, recommendations, and reservation assistance.
Clients may be planning all-inclusive getaways, cruises, family vacations, couples escapes, group trips, tours, special celebrations, or international experiences. Prior industry experience is not necessary. Training and continued educational resources are available to help you develop the skills needed for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred dates, interests, and budget
- Explore destinations and identify experiences that match individual requests
- Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and package options
- Present suitable choices and explain relevant features, inclusions, and requirements
- Assist clients with selecting and coordinating the services they want for their trip
- Complete reservation-related tasks through approved supplier platforms
- Prepare confirmations, itinerary details, and other important trip information
- Keep track of payment dates, documentation needs, and planning deadlines
- Review reservations carefully to ensure traveler information and arrangements are correct
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process
- Help with routine questions, updates, and reservation changes
- Maintain accurate client notes and booking records
- Continue learning about destinations, vacation products, suppliers, and current promotions
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional and approachable when working with clients
- Customer-focused with a willingness to provide personalized service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable researching and evaluating multiple options
- Able to manage follow-ups and priorities independently
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating through digital platforms
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and online tools
- Willing to learn supplier systems and reservation technology
- Dependable, motivated, and open to continued learning
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying countries
