Role Overview
We are seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Client Travel Experience Specialist. This role focuses on providing personalized support to travelers as they explore vacation possibilities, make selections, and prepare for their upcoming trips.
You will assist with a variety of leisure experiences, including resort vacations, cruises, couples escapes, family trips, group getaways, tours, celebrations, and international destinations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, researching options, and keeping details organized.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather information about each client's vacation needs and priorities
- Explore destinations and identify experiences that match client requests
- Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and packages
- Present suitable choices based on preferences, dates, and spending range
- Provide helpful information about amenities, inclusions, and available offers
- Assist with coordinating chosen services through approved supplier platforms
- Organize confirmations, schedules, and essential trip information
- Monitor payment dates, required documentation, and other planning deadlines
- Stay in contact with clients and provide timely updates
- Review reservation information to ensure details are correct
- Support routine adjustments and client questions when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and arrangements
