Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking organized, service-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Reservations Specialists. In this role, you will help clients research, plan, and secure travel arrangements for a wide variety of trips — from relaxing beach vacations and luxury cruises to exciting international destinations.

Working remotely, youll assist travelers in organizing personalized itineraries that match their preferences, schedules, and budgets. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, have strong attention to detail, and want a flexible opportunity with growth potential in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and reserving travel arrangements

• Book travel services including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities

• Provide helpful destination information and travel recommendations

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication tools

• Coordinate reservations and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners

• Maintain organized booking records, itineraries, and client details

• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Passion for travel and helping others plan enjoyable trips

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Comfortable using computers, online tools, and digital platforms

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to live and work in the US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia

Prior experience in the travel industry is not required, as training and onboarding support will be provided.
