Role Summary
We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable vacations and getaway experiences. As an Escape Planning Consultant, you will assist clients with coordinating travel details, exploring destination options, and organizing personalized itineraries designed around their preferences and schedules.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication-based work, staying detail-oriented, and learning about travel experiences while working independently in a flexible online environment. Training materials, onboarding guidance, and continued support are provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with arranging travel services including accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Research destinations and identify options that align with traveler interests and budgets
- Provide planning suggestions and travel insights to support decision-making
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
- Coordinate booking details and confirmations with supplier partners
- Maintain accurate records of itineraries and reservation information
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and promotional opportunities
- Support travelers throughout the planning and confirmation process
Qualifications
- Interest in travel planning and customer-focused support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
- Previous travel industry experience is not required; training is available
