Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating vacations, resort stays, cruises, and other travel experiences
  • Research travel options, pricing, accommodations, and transportation through approved booking platforms
  • Verify reservation details and itinerary information to help maintain accuracy
  • Provide clients with travel guidance and support based on their preferences and budget goals
  • Respond to inquiries and service requests through email, phone, and digital messaging systems
  • Manage booking updates, itinerary adjustments, and customer support follow-up
  • Maintain organized travel records, booking confirmations, and client information
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, team meetings, and educational training sessions
