This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a flexible remote setting. No prior industry experience is required, as training and support are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with coordinating vacations, resort stays, cruises, and other travel experiences
- Research travel options, pricing, accommodations, and transportation through approved booking platforms
- Verify reservation details and itinerary information to help maintain accuracy
- Provide clients with travel guidance and support based on their preferences and budget goals
- Respond to inquiries and service requests through email, phone, and digital messaging systems
- Manage booking updates, itinerary adjustments, and customer support follow-up
- Maintain organized travel records, booking confirmations, and client information
- Participate in virtual onboarding, team meetings, and educational training sessions
