This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying organized, and providing helpful service in a flexible work-from-home setting. No previous travel background is required, as onboarding and training are provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with coordinating vacations, accommodations, transportation, and travel arrangements
- Research travel opportunities and booking options through approved company systems
- Review reservation information and travel details to help maintain accuracy
- Provide clients with helpful travel guidance based on their preferences, schedule, and budget
- Respond to client questions and support requests through email, phone, and digital communication channels
- Manage booking changes, itinerary updates, and customer service follow-up
- Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
- Participate in virtual meetings, educational sessions, and ongoing training opportunities
