Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating vacations, accommodations, transportation, and travel arrangements
  • Research travel opportunities and booking options through approved company systems
  • Review reservation information and travel details to help maintain accuracy
  • Provide clients with helpful travel guidance based on their preferences, schedule, and budget
  • Respond to client questions and support requests through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Manage booking changes, itinerary updates, and customer service follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
