Position Summary

We are currently seeking individuals who enjoy working with travelers and assisting with vacation preparation to join our team as Virtual Leisure Travel Specialist. In this role, you will help coordinate personalized leisure travel arrangements and support clients as they organize the details of their upcoming trips within a remote, flexible work environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication-based roles, staying organized, and learning about popular destinations and vacation experiences. Training resources and continued mentorship are available to help you build confidence in the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with planning leisure trips including resorts, flights, cruises, and activities
• Explore destination options that match traveler interests and preferences
• Provide helpful guidance to support vacation planning decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Coordinate reservation confirmations with approved supplier partners
• Stay updated on current travel offers and destination-related updates
• Maintain organized booking records within internal systems
• Support travelers as they finalize preparation prior to departure

Candidate Profile

• Interest in assisting with vacation planning and client support
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple planning requests in an organized manner
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Basic computer navigation and internet research familiarity
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or another qualifying location
