Position Overview

We are expanding our remote travel advisor network and seeking personable, resourceful individuals who enjoy helping others, discovering destinations, and providing dependable customer service.

As a Destination Assistance Advisor, you will support travelers as they explore vacation possibilities, evaluate available experiences, and prepare for upcoming trips. This opportunity combines destination research, personalized recommendations, client communication, and reservation coordination.

You may assist with tropical getaways, all-inclusive resorts, ocean cruises, family vacations, romantic retreats, luxury escapes, group trips, and international adventures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective travelers to understand their vacation goals
• Identify destination interests, preferred dates, budgets, and special considerations
• Explore accommodations, resort experiences, cruises, and leisure packages
• Research transportation services, excursions, sightseeing, and activities
• Evaluate available supplier offerings and identify suitable vacation options
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual client needs
• Explain travel inclusions, accommodation features, and reservation requirements
• Assist with coordinating client-approved arrangements through supplier platforms
• Review passenger details and confirm booking information is accurate
• Maintain organized client profiles, travel documents, and reservation records
• Keep clients informed about payment schedules, deadlines, and important updates
• Offer continued assistance with routine inquiries and pre-departure preparations
