Remote Travel Experience Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Travel Experience Consultant to assist clients with planning and coordinating memorable travel experiences. In this fully remote position, you will help travelers research destinations, organize travel arrangements, and ensure reservations are handled accurately.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and can work independently in a flexible remote environment. You will play an important role in guiding clients through the travel planning process while providing exceptional customer service.

No previous travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with organizing personalized travel plans based on their preferences and budget

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking platforms

• Review available options and coordinate reservations for clients

• Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination recommendations

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms

• Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset with good organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems
