Position Overview

In this role, you'll assist clients by helping explore destination possibilities, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring important planning details remain accurate throughout the preparation process.
This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy researching locations, supporting clients with planning decisions, and helping create smooth travel experiences while working independently in a flexible virtual environment. Training resources and ongoing support are available for selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with exploring destination options based on interests, timing, and preferences
- Support coordination of accommodations, transportation services, and activities
- Research and compare available reservation selections using approved supplier systems
- Provide clear updates regarding confirmation progress and planning steps
- Respond to client questions through email, phone, and secure communication platforms
- Maintain organized digital records related to trip coordination activity
- Participate in onboarding sessions and continued learning opportunities
