- Share confirmation updates and planning progress information with clients
- Assist with reviewing available hospitality options through approved partner systems
- Respond to guest inquiries using phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
- Maintain organized records related to service coordination activity
- Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
