• Share planning suggestions that help improve overall travel experiences
• Communicate with clients through online platforms, messaging tools, and phone when needed
• Coordinate reservation details with approved travel providers
• Review supplier promotions and travel updates relevant to client trips
• Provide assistance throughout the trip preparation timeline
