Position Overview

We are currently expanding our virtual team and welcoming applicants for a Travel Freedom Advisor opportunity. In this role, you'll support individuals as they explore vacation ideas, organize travel arrangements, and move forward with their trip preparation using approved planning tools and partner resources.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable travel experiences while working independently within a flexible remote structure.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about preferred destinations, travel timelines, and experience interests
• Assist with coordinating resort stays, cruise selections, transportation options, and activity packages
• Review available travel opportunities through approved booking platforms
• Share helpful guidance aligned with client preferences and planning expectations
• Support itinerary adjustments when updates are requested
• Prepare organized confirmation details and maintain planning documentation
• Communicate with clients across email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and collaboration updates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Attention to detail when managing planning information
• Comfort learning new online systems and tools
• Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple travel requests
• Confidence working independently in a remote workspace
• Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants should be authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
