• Support the coordination of travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Keep clients informed with timely updates on reservations and next steps
• Review available options and provide clear, helpful information
• Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms
• Assist with itinerary changes, follow-ups, and service-related requests
• Maintain organized and accurate records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding and continuous training programs
