Role Overview
We're currently onboarding individuals who are excited about building a flexible, home-based role within the travel space. In this position, you'll support clients by helping shape their travel ideas into well-organized plans, offering guidance, and ensuring each detail is handled efficiently from concept to confirmation.

This opportunity is a great fit for those who enjoy connecting with people, multitasking in a structured way, and learning about destinations and travel experiences all while working on their own schedule. No prior background in travel is necessary, as training and support are provided.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assist clients in organizing trip components such as lodging, flights, cruises, and experiences
• Evaluate traveler preferences to suggest suitable destinations and options
• Offer helpful input to support decision-making throughout the planning process
• Communicate with clients using digital platforms and phone when needed
• Coordinate booking details and confirmations with trusted travel partners
• Keep itinerary information accurate and well-documented
• Stay updated on current travel deals, trends, and destination highlights
• Guide clients through each step of their booking journey

What We're Looking For

• Interest in travel-related services and client interaction
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple client requests
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic knowledge of computers and online tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
• No previous travel experience required full training is included
