Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and service-driven individuals to join our remote team as Client Experience Trip Advisors. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements, organizing itinerary details, and providing ongoing support throughout the booking experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a remote environment. Prior travel industry experience is not required, as training and continued support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, hotel stays, and customized travel experiences
- Research and review travel options, pricing, and reservation availability using company-approved systems
- Help ensure booking details and itinerary information are accurate and up to date
- Provide clients with recommendations and travel guidance based on their preferences and budget goals
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
- Support reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, and customer service requests as needed
- Maintain organized client records, travel documentation, and booking confirmations
- Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
