Summary
Our remote travel services team is expanding, and we are looking for reliable, detail-focused individuals to join us as Client Support Coordinator. In this role, you'll help guide travelers through the planning process by assisting with organizing trip details, coordinating arrangements, and ensuring all information is accurate and well managed from start to finish.
This position is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy supporting others, working with structured information, and staying organized in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary—full training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel requests, preferences, and planning needs
- Help coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Research and evaluate travel options using approved booking systems and supplier tools
- Provide timely updates on reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Support itinerary modifications, booking updates, and follow-up requests
- Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems
- Monitor supplier updates, destination information, and available promotions
- Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development programs
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and basic computer tools
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Spain, or other approved hiring regions
