Position Overview
We are looking for organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Reservation Support Advisors. In this role, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, coordinating reservation details, and keeping important information organized throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, problem-solving, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Learn about client preferences, travel dates, destination interests, and budget, then research suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages.
- Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier platforms and organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and other important reservation details.
- Maintain communication with clients, answer routine questions, provide updates, and follow up on outstanding information or upcoming deadlines.
- Support reservation changes, cancellations, scheduling adjustments, and special requests while reviewing booking information for accuracy.
- Maintain organized client records and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education.
