In this role, you will assist clients in organizing and coordinating travel plans from start to finish. You wi'll help travelers explore destinations, compare travel options, and arrange reservations while ensuring every detail of their trip is accurate and well organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design personalized vacation itineraries tailored to their interests and travel goals

• Research and evaluate travel options including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities

• Coordinate and confirm reservations through approved travel systems and supplier partners

• Offer helpful travel insights and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

• Communicate with clients professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

• Handle itinerary updates, schedule adjustments, and client service requests when needed

• Maintain accurate records of client information, reservations, and travel documentation

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development opportunities
