Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Help develop and organize customized travel plans based on client requests
- Research travel options including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Use approved systems to review availability and complete booking-related steps
- Share timely updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Respond to client questions through email, phone, and digital messaging tools
- Manage changes, adjustments, and follow-up coordination when required
- Maintain accurate records and well-organized client documentation in internal platforms
- Take part in remote onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning activities
