Key Responsibilities

  • Use approved systems to review availability and complete booking-related steps
  • Share timely updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
  • Respond to client questions through email, phone, and digital messaging tools
  • Manage changes, adjustments, and follow-up coordination when required
  • Maintain accurate records and well-organized client documentation in internal platforms
  • Take part in remote onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning activities
