Vacation Support Consultant

Position Overview

We are currently adding new team members to our remote support division and are inviting applications for a Vacation Support Consultant opportunity. In this role, you'll assist clients as they organize upcoming getaways by helping coordinate important planning details, reviewing available options, and keeping arrangements moving forward smoothly.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others prepare for memorable vacations, staying organized across multiple responsibilities, and working in a flexible virtual environment. No prior travel experience is required step-by-step training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand vacation interests, travel dates, and preferences
• Assist with arranging accommodations, activities, and transportation services
• Share updates related to reservation confirmations and planning progress
• Review available vacation packages and destination options using approved partner tools
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging platforms
• Help manage itinerary adjustments and follow-up service requests when needed
• Maintain accurate coordination notes within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding sessions and continued learning opportunities
