Position Overview
We are currently expanding our client services team and are inviting applications for a Client Relations Travel Consultant position. In this role, you will work directly with individuals preparing for leisure trips by helping organize travel arrangements, reviewing planning preferences, and supporting a positive experience throughout their preparation timeline.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy relationship-focused work, communicating with clients, and assisting with vacation planning details while working in a flexible remote environment. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with coordinating travel plans such as accommodations, flights, cruises, and excursions
- Review traveler interests to help identify suitable destination experiences
- Provide planning support that helps clients move forward with itinerary decisions
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
- Coordinate reservation confirmations with approved supplier partners
- Keep client itinerary information organized within internal systems
- Monitor current travel updates and seasonal opportunities
- Support clients across several stages of the trip preparation process
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in client relations and vacation planning support activities
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning timelines
- Comfortable working independently within a remote workspace
- Basic familiarity with computers and web-based tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Asutralia or another approved hiring region
