Position Summary

We are currently expanding our support team and inviting applications for a Reservation Services Consultant opportunity. In this role, you'll assist individuals who are preparing upcoming travel plans by helping organize reservation details, reviewing available options, and ensuring arrangements stay accurate throughout the planning process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to gather information related to their upcoming trip plans
• Assist with reviewing and coordinating reservation selections through approved systems
• Provide updates regarding confirmations, adjustments, and planning progress
• Help organize timelines and supporting travel details
• Respond to client questions using email, phone, and online communication tools
• Stay informed about current destination options and supplier updates
