Overview

We are currently inviting applications for a Lifestyle Travel Advisor role from individuals who enjoy helping others design memorable leisure experiences and exploring destination possibilities. In this remote position, you will assist clients with organizing personalized vacation plans that reflect their interests, schedules, and preferred travel styles.

This opportunity is especially well suited for people who enjoy interacting with others, staying organized across multiple projects, and learning about resorts, cruises, excursions, and global destinations while working within a flexible virtual environment. Training guidance and ongoing support are available from day one.

Role Responsibilities

• Help clients organize customized vacation arrangements including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
• Learn about traveler preferences to suggest experiences aligned with their lifestyle interests
• Provide helpful insights that support destination selection and itinerary preparation
• Communicate with clients using email, messaging platforms, and occasional phone conversations
• Coordinate reservation confirmations with established supplier partners
• Keep itinerary information updated within internal planning systems
• Stay aware of current destination features, promotions, and seasonal travel opportunities
• Assist clients during multiple stages of their trip preparation journey

Qualifications

• Interest in supporting leisure travel planning and client experience services
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized approach to managing multiple planning requests
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with general computer tools and online platforms
• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom,Spain, Australia, Mexico and other qualifying countries
