Role Overview
We are currently seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others prepare for memorable getaways to join our team as Vacation Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with organizing leisure travel plans, reviewing destination options, and coordinating important trip details within a flexible remote work environment.
This position is a strong fit for individuals who like working with people, staying organized across multiple tasks, and learning about vacation experiences such as cruises, resort stays, and guided tours. Training resources and ongoing team support are provided from the start.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning leisure trips including flights, hotel stays, cruises, and activities
- Discuss traveler interests to help identify suitable destination possibilities
- Provide helpful suggestions to support itinerary development
- Communicate with clients using email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate
- Coordinate reservation confirmations with approved travel suppliers
- Keep client travel details accurate and updated within internal systems
- Monitor current destination highlights and promotional opportunities
- Support travelers during multiple stages of their vacation preparation process
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in vacation planning support and customer-focused service
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing several requests at once
- Comfortable completing tasks independently in a virtual workspace
- Basic familiarity with online platforms and computer tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved region
- No previous travel industry experience required onboarding assistance is included
