Position Overview

In this remote position, you will assist clients with arranging and confirming vacation components while helping ensure their travel plans are coordinated smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Help coordinate reservation components such as airfare, hotels, cruises, and excursions
- Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable trip options
- Share helpful destination insights to support planning decisions
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging systems, and phone when appropriate
- Confirm booking details with supplier partners and vendors
- Maintain accurate itinerary information within internal tracking systems
- Stay informed about seasonal offers, supplier updates, and travel opportunities
- Assist clients throughout various stages of their reservation timeline
Candidate Qualifications
- Interest in supporting vacation coordination and client service activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple planning tasks efficiently and stay organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic familiarity with computers and online tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or other approved regions
