Opportunity Summary

We are expanding our remote client experience division and are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Lifestyle Experience Advisors. In this role, you'll support clients with coordinating personalized travel experiences, organizing trip logistics, and assisting with reservation management to help create smooth and enjoyable journeys from beginning to end.

This flexible remote opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling details, and balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer support, hospitality, scheduling, administrative services, or event coordination is beneficial but not required. Full training and continued support are included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through travel planning requests, schedules, and destination preferences
  • Arrange travel components such as resorts, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Explore pricing, availability, and package options using approved booking and supplier tools
  • Prepare and review travel confirmations, itinerary details, and reservation updates
  • Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Assist with travel changes, booking modifications, and follow-up service requests
  • Maintain organized client files and accurate planning documentation within company systems
  • Stay informed on destination highlights, supplier offers, and travel industry updates
  • Attend remote onboarding sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks remotely
  • Familiarity with email, online platforms, and basic computer programs
  • Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Interest in client services, hospitality, lifestyle coordination, or travel support
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
