We are currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Global Travel Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating travel experiences across a variety of destinations, helping turn their ideas into well-structured and confirmed trips.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with organizing travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities
• Research global destinations to match client preferences, timelines, and budgets
• Provide recommendations and helpful insights to support travel decisions
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
• Maintain accurate records of client itineraries and travel details
• Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination highlights
• Support clients throughout the planning process from inquiry to final confirmation

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in global travel and client support services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using online systems and basic computer tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia
