Experience Support Consultant

Position Overview
We're currently growing our remote team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Experience Support Consultants. In this role, you'll assist clients in organizing and managing their travel plans, ensuring every step of the process is smooth, accurate, and stress-free.

You'll play a key role in delivering a positive client experience by keeping information organized, communicating updates clearly, and supporting clients from the early planning stages through final confirmations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and want the flexibility of working from home. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, and timelines
• Assist with building and coordinating personalized travel arrangements
• Research and compare options for accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved systems
• Share updates on booking progress and upcoming steps
• Provide clear, helpful recommendations based on client needs and budgets
• Respond to questions via phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Support itinerary updates, changes, and follow-up requests
• Keep accurate and organized records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding and continued training sessions
